The props are getting bigger little by little!!!

So here's a small update. I'm adding small things here and there to my props list for my gas station scene. More updates soon.

So I finished up another prop. An old cigarette vending machine. Still working on props so bare with me, textures coming soon.

Soda Machine!!!

So I'm making some progress on my gas station scene. Here's a work in progress of a soda machine prop that will be located on the side of the gas station. More work coming soon.

Today's update.

Had some time today at work for my own project so I worked a little on the 'old truck' prop. Here's a render and a screen shot of the rear suspension. I kind of went a little overboard on the details because you probably wont see them on the final render, but its all practice I guess.

Small update on Gas Station project.

I just added some cactus to the background and a little mountain range to establish a location, its starting to come together! More updates soon.

New Year, New Projects

So I'm trying to bust out at least one project bi-monthly this year. So I'm starting with a old time gas station. Right now I'm just blocking out the location of props and stuff so nothing really to see besides some rough models of props and lighting. I'm using maya and vray for maya, which is actually faster on maya then on max(or maybe its just me). Going for a toon vibe with a couple of characters and some cool looking cars. Stay tuned for updates.
